Refund policy

Because all Yumi’s Treasures products are custom-made digital artworks, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Digital files cannot be “returned,” and each portrait is uniquely created based on the photo and character choices provided by the customer. For this reason, **all sales are final.**

However, we want every family to be truly delighted with their Yumi’s Treasures keepsake.
We will gladly **review and correct any issues** related to:

* File errors or corrupted downloads
* Incorrect or incomplete delivery
* A technical problem caused on our end
* A mistake in personalization that does not match the details provided on your order form

If any of these occur, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your digital portrait, and we will work quickly to make it right.
